Terms and Conditions
By accessing our website and or making a purchase you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions, that the provisions, disclosures and disclaimers set forth are fair and reasonable, and that your agreement to follow and be bound by them is voluntary.
Due to the large number of orders received by The Social Mind® your order could take ten business days to dispatch, delivery time is on top of that.
If you need your order quickly, you should use our Express Post/Priority Dispatch option.
Posters arrive in separate packaging to other resources purchased in the same order and will usually take longer to arrive.
Express Post/Priority Dispatch
If you are in Australia and need your order ASAP you can use our Express Post/Priority Dispatch option. We will dispatch your order within 24 to 48 Hours and send your parcel by Express Post. Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery on their Express Post service but your order will arrive faster than standard postage.
You may return items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). We will not pay for return postage if you change your mind or find the product does not suit your needs. Please make your product selection thoughtfully and contact our Office if you have any questions.
Returned products need to be returned in resalable condition
Except in the case of faulty products, we will only refund your purchase price if the product(s) are returned in new/resalable condition, so be sure to package the products in such a way to avoid damage in transit back to us.
Time for us to Process Refunds
Refunds can take up to 60 days to process. Refunds will be made back to the account or card you used to make the original purchase.

If Your Order is Returned to Us
If your order is Returned to us for any reason beyond our control e.g. you failed to collect your parcel from the Post Office or you gave us a faulty address, we will charge you a Return Postage fee. We will only send the order to the address you provide the second time once that fee has been paid.

Our Order Cancellation and Administration Fee
In the event that you cancel your order, either your resource order (books, games, posters etc) or your workshop registration, The Social Mind® Pty Ltd will refund all payments made less a cancellation and administration fee, A$15 (inc GST) for resources paid for by Credit Card, the “PayPal fee” charged by PayPal for resources paid for via PayPal and A$99 (inc GST) for workshops. Please note that for workshops, absolutely no refunds will be made if you cancel your registration after the close of Standard Registration (date available on the workshop information/booking page on our website).
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) if viewing from Australia. The website is set to geolocate the country you are viewing from and does NOT display the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) when viewing the website from a country outside Australia, i.e. sales made to countries outside Australia do not include the Australian Tax (GST). Remember, our prices are in Australian Dollars NOT US Dollars (there is a big difference).
From time to time The Social Mind® Pty Ltd will offer product discounts. Any discount offer is only available at the time of purchase and discounts will not be applied retrospectively, i.e. after the order has been placed.
