Postage Overview
Our postage charges are listed below. We primarily use the Australia Post delivery network.
Orders are picked up from us at 2:30pm on business days.
You can choose to have your order sent to a PO Box or to a street address, we deliver to both.
We are based in Canberra, the Capital City of Australia, so we are on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Please note our dispatch policy during our “busy times” below.
Standard Postage
If you select Standard Postage we aim to dispatch your order within ten business days. Please be aware that due to the large number of orders we receive your order could take ten business days to dispatch and delivery time is on top of that. If you need your order quickly please consider using our Express Post/Priority Dispatch option. Standard Postage rates are listed below.
Express Post/Priority Dispatch
If you are in Australia and need your order ASAP you can use our Express Post/Priority Dispatch option. We will dispatch your order within 24 Hours and send your parcel by Express Post. Our Express Post/Priority Dispatch rate is listed below. Please note that Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery on their Express Post service but your order will arrive faster than standard postage. Posters – Please note that Posters ordered separately using Express Postage are sent Express Post, however, Posters ordered along with books are sent Standard Postage.

Christmas Island and Cocos Keeling Island
We understand that Christmas Island and Cocos Keeling Island are exempt from the Australian GST and we know the schools in the Indian Ocean use our excellent resources. Our website will display the price without GST when you enter your CI or CKI postcode. Choose the Express Post option so the order comes by plane (fast) not ship (slow).

Posters
Posters are sent in a poster roll and sent separately to books purchased in the same order. Posters usually take a little longer to arrive (even when posted at the same time as books, that’s because poster rolls have to be manually sorted as they can not be handled by AusPost’s sorting machines) so don’t worry, your poster(s) will arrive shortly after your books.
Our Busy Times
Please be aware that during our “busy times” i.e. end of Financial Year, end of school terms or when Michelle Garcia Winner or any of our other speakers are conducting training for us and for a month following, it may take the full ten business days to dispatch your order, this is due to the volume of orders received at these times. Australia Post delivery time is on top of that. Express Post orders still receive prioritised dispatch, so if you need the order quickly during our “busy times”, Express Post is your best option.
My order has not turned up
Expect to receive your order within 15 business days of purchase – a bit longer during our “busy times” as explained above – email us via [email protected] if your order fails to arrive.

Tracking Information
When our orders are dispatched you receive an “order completed” email which contains the tracking information, so you can track delivery and see if your parcel needs to be collected from your local Post Office.
Proof of Delivery
We pay to have all our orders “signed for” on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel it will be taken to your local Post Office for collection. They hold the parcel for 10 days before returning the parcel to us.
Returned Parcels
When parcels are returned to us we are charged for the return postage, a cost we absorb for our customers because returning parcels is a rare event. However, we do charge postage to send returned parcels back to you. We’ll Invoice you for that charge if the return is not our fault i.e. you provided a faulty address or did not collect the parcel from the Post Office in time before it is returned (10 days).
Currency
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars.
Australian Taxes (GST)
When our website is viewed from within Australia, all product prices displayed INCLUDE the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you are viewing our website from outside Australia, prices display WITHOUT the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), as the Australian Tax is not applicable to overseas purchases. The website is set to geolocate the country you are viewing from and will display any applicable Australian tax (GST) accordingly.
