Returns Policy
Overview
You may return new items sold and fulfilled by the Social Mind Pty Ltd via www.socialmind.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). We will not pay for return postage if you change your mind or find the product does not suit your needs or ordered multiple products when you meant to order one. Please make your product selection thoughtfully and contact our Office if you have any questions about which product will suit your needs (02) 5105 5262.
Returned products need to be returned in resalable condition
Except in the case of faulty products, we will only refund your purchase price if the product(s) are returned in new/resalable condition, so be sure to package the products in such a way to avoid damage in transit back to us.
Time for us to Process Refunds
Refunds can take up to 60 days to process. Refunds will be made to your bank account, so you will need to supply us with those details..

If Your Order is Returned to Us
If your order is Returned to us for any reason beyond our control e.g. you failed to collect your parcel from the Post Office or you gave us a faulty address, we will charge you a Return Postage fee. We will only send the order to the address you provide the second time once that fee has been paid.
If You Change Your Mind
If you change your mind and return your purchase to us, we will deduct from your refund the cost of our original shipping charge together with an admin fee ($15), we will not pay for return postage. Please make your purchase thoughtfully and contact us if you need advice. Products need to be returned in a saleable condition for a refund to be processed. Please include a note requesting a refund with your return.
